Rockland Mills Condominiums were built in the late 70' and early 80's. Old paper mill buildings were adaptively reused for residences and new townhouses were built above the mill buildings. The site is surrounded by steep slopes on one side and the Brandywine Creek on the other. A complex-wide Landscape Master Plan was developed that identified all existing trees, their conditions, size, recommendation for treatment and priority action from high to low. This plan was used to solicit bids to address trees that needed immediate pruning around the buildings as well as hazardous trees needing removal.

Located on the west side of Dover, portions of an historic farm property were being developed for a new residential community and office complex. While at Becker Morgan Group, Inc., Mr. Lane was tasked with designing new landscape features, amenities, open spaces and landscaping as well as developing design development, construction and landscaping documents for the residential phase of the project.

Located in West Chester, PA, this complex of 13 condominium units is situated on a small site with tight spaces for plantings. A Master Plan is being developed with site analysis and recommendations as the first step. Renovations for specific areas have begun starting with street side plantings.
